Local SEO for Aesthetic Clinics: Free Keyword Planning Tool
Generate service-and-city keyword ideas, group them by intent, and export a CSV. A practical local SEO planner for aesthetic clinics, without invented volume data.

Updated September 19, 2026. Planning guidance and a free tool by Prospyr.
How do you research local keywords for an aesthetic clinic?
Start with the services you actually offer and the places you genuinely serve. Group candidate phrases by intent—finding a nearby provider, comparing a service, asking about price or preparing for a consultation—then validate demand and the current results before choosing a page. One well-supported service page can address several wording variants.
Open the free keyword planning tool. It combines your service and location into candidate phrases and a suggested page plan. It does not report search volume, CPC, keyword difficulty or live rankings. Export the ideas and verify them with your own Search Console data or a keyword data provider.

Book a Demo1. Build a candidate list, then validate it
The planner is useful for an initial list and discussion with your team. Remove services you do not provide and phrases that imply unavailable outcomes or credentials. In Google Keyword Planner, you can research candidate terms; use the appropriate location and date settings. Google's estimates are not a guarantee of leads, and access requires completing account setup.
Your Search Console queries show where your own site appeared. They are not the full size of the market. A phrase with many impressions and no clicks needs a result-page and intent review before you assume a new title will solve it.
2. Match a useful page to the intent
| Intent | Page work |
|---|---|
| Local service | A substantive service page with the real location, process and booking route |
| Cost comparison | An accurate explanation of pricing factors and how an estimate is obtained |
| Suitability and consultation | Clinician-reviewed educational guidance and consultation expectations |
| Local trust | Real team credentials, location details, policies and authentic patient feedback used appropriately |
Do not generate dozens of nearly identical neighborhood pages from a keyword list. A candidate phrase is a research prompt, not an instruction to create another URL. Add a location page only when there is a real location or materially useful local information.
3. Keep the Business Profile accurate
Google describes local results in terms of relevance, distance and prominence/popularity. Maintain accurate business details and verify the profile. You cannot buy a guaranteed better local ranking. Google's local ranking guidance explains the factors and practical profile improvements.
4. Make the next step easy
Check that a mobile visitor can find the location, understand what the practice offers and request an appointment. Use real hours and current contact information. If you collect inquiry forms, confirm delivery and reply ownership. For before-and-after assets, follow the photo permission review workflow.
5. Measure qualified inquiries
Measure landing pages, valid inquiry submissions, consultations booked and consultations attended separately. Exclude staff tests and spam, and distinguish existing-patient navigation from new-patient acquisition. A click or a search appearance is not revenue.
Prospyr's lead capture, lead management and online reputation management support the practice workflow after discovery. See how an inquiry moves through Prospyr.
