Software for multi-location med spa groups: Every location on one patient record and one set of reports
The best software for a multi-location med spa group keeps every location on one patient record while each site can keep its own providers, rooms, prices and merchant account. Prospyr is an operating platform, purpose-built for aesthetics, that does exactly that, and we move each location's data over ourselves.

What is the best software for a multi-location med spa group?
The best software for a multi-location med spa group runs every location on one patient record and one set of reports, while letting each location keep its own providers, rooms, devices, prices and payment account. Prospyr does this in one workspace: services, consents and workflows are built once, team access can be limited to a location or region, and reports read across every site. Moving each location's existing records is part of onboarding, and we do that work ourselves.
Locations and regions
Each location has its own providers, rooms, devices, schedules, phone numbers and prices. Group locations into regions to compare one market with another.
Multi-location management →Reports across every location
Revenue, provider and commission reports for the whole group, filtered by location or region instead of exported site by site.
Analytics →Roles, permissions and single sign-on
Built-in roles for owners, admins, providers, front desk, medical assistants, marketers and bookkeepers, with custom permissions on top. SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect single sign-on can be turned on for your workspace.
Team access by location →Payments by location
Each location can settle card payments to its own merchant account, while memberships and packages stay on the patient record.
Point of sale →Your brand on the patient portal
The patient portal and team app can run on your group's domain with your logos and your terms and privacy links, and patient emails carry each location's logo and your own support email. Set up with our team during onboarding.
Patient portal →Moving every location over
We move your data ourselves, location by location: photos, charts and history. Some things don't come over cleanly from every system, and we tell you exactly what before you commit.
How switching works →Insurance billing is on Prospyr's roadmap but is not available today. Prospyr supports your aesthetic practice's clinical and business workflows now. If you bill payers, keep a separate claims solution in place and discuss your requirements with our team before switching.

Every location was set up differently, so the same treatment has three names, two prices and four consent forms.
Services, consents, intake forms and workflows are built once for the group. Each location picks which services it offers and can adjust a price for its market.

Month-end means exporting from each location and stitching the numbers together in a spreadsheet.
Revenue, provider and commission reports read across every location in the workspace, filtered by location or by region when you want one market on its own.

A patient who books at a second location shows up as a stranger, with no history, photos or membership.
There is one patient record across locations, so charts, photos, memberships and balances are there wherever the patient books next.

Frequently asked questions
Can each location have its own prices, providers and schedule?
Yes. Each location has its own providers, rooms, devices, schedules and phone numbers, and a service's price and tax rate can be set per location. Services, consents and forms are still built once for the group, so a new location doesn't start from a blank setup.
Can we see revenue across all of our locations in one report?
Yes, for every location in the workspace. Revenue, provider and commission reports read across all of them, and you can filter to one location or to a region. Locations that run as separate workspaces each have their own reports; one login can switch between them, but there isn't a single combined report across separate workspaces today.
Can we limit what a front desk team member sees to their own location?
Yes. A team member can be locked to a location or a region, and owners can set what each role can see and do with custom permissions. Owners always see every site.
Does Prospyr support single sign-on?
Yes. Single sign-on through SAML 2.0 or OpenID Connect is available, configured by your admins once we turn it on for your workspace. Your team then signs in with the identity provider you already use.
Does Prospyr have an API?
Yes. The Prospyr Platform API is a documented REST API at platform-api.prospyrmed.com/docs. Your admins issue and revoke API keys in Settings, and outbound webhooks for patient and payment events are managed from the same place.
How do you move several locations onto Prospyr without losing records?
We move your data ourselves, one location at a time if that suits you: patient records, charts, photos and appointment history. Some things don't come over cleanly from every system, and we tell you exactly what before you commit, not after you find out. Onboarding and training are included.
