About this comparison
Published by Prospyr. Nextech product information reviewed September 2026; decision notes reviewed September 2026. Verdicts describe the workflows named in each row, rather than every capability of either platform. Software, usage, and partner fees vary.
Prospyr is a strong fit for aesthetic and wellness workflows. Nextech also supports insurance-heavy medical specialties and surgical practice requirements that need separate evaluation.

Drag the divider. Same work, one system.
Most practices run booking, charting, checkout, and marketing in separate tools and type the same patient into each one. In Prospyr the chart, the calendar, and the payment are the same piece of software, so a change in one place is a change everywhere.

Nextech vs. Prospyr: your questions
Is Nextech Cora Scribe designed for med spas?
Nextech currently positions Cora Scribe for ophthalmology. That is different from assuming every Nextech specialty includes the same AI capability. Prospyr’s AI note transcription supports aesthetic visits, using live or uploaded audio to create a draft for review.
Is Nextech CRM the same product as its EMR?
Nextech markets CRM as a distinct product in its suite. Prospyr’s lead pipeline and campaigns work alongside the patient record. Include the CRM access, setup, and integrations needed for your workflow when evaluating either quote.
How does Nextech pricing compare with Prospyr?
Nextech provides custom quotes across its products. Include the specific EMR, CRM, photo tools, services, and contract term in your comparison. Prospyr scopes one proposal to your practice’s clinical and business workflows.
How do I migrate from Nextech to Prospyr?
Prospyr handles migration and includes onboarding and training. We review your Nextech export, agree which records and history can transfer, and validate the import with you before go-live. We identify exceptions before you commit.
Does Prospyr handle insurance billing?
Insurance billing is on Prospyr's roadmap but is not available today. Prospyr supports your aesthetic practice's clinical and business workflows now. If you bill payers, keep a separate claims solution in place and discuss your requirements with our team before switching.
