How does the camera connect to Prospyr?
Over a direct, wired connection — the camera plugs into the iPad running the Prospyr iOS app. Live view, capture, and filing to the chart all happen over that cable, with no third-party bridge app in between.
Where do the photos go after we capture them?
Into Media Archive, on the patient record, with consent tracking. That is the same library consult compilations and social posts pull from — you do not export to a second system to use the photo.
Does this work on iPhone, or only iPad?
The Prospyr iOS app runs on iPhone and iPad. Capture, live view, and the patient chart are available on both. Many photography setups keep an iPad on a stand next to the camera.
