How does Prospyr handle patient replies?
Prospyr keeps patient and lead texts in a shared inbox, with a built-in phone system and Instagram conversations available in the platform. Staff can see the conversation history and pick up a thread when shifts change.
How does Boulevard pricing compare with Prospyr?
Boulevard prices by location, with plan-dependent clinical tools and usage charges. Its published ePrescribe add-on is priced per prescriber. Compare a full med spa quote with Prospyr, including messaging, prescribing, and processing; salon entry pricing is not the same package.
How do I migrate from Boulevard to Prospyr?
