Aesthetic Loyalty Programs Explained: Allē, ASPIRE, Evolus and More
Aesthetic loyalty programs explained for med spas: how Allē, ASPIRE, Evolus Rewards, Xperience+ and REVA points, limits and expiration rules compare.

For med spa owners, practice managers and front desk teams. Updated October 2, 2026 · Prepared by Prospyr. Prospyr makes practice software, not injectables or manufacturer rewards programs, and none of the programs below is a Prospyr product. This is a guide to how the five main US manufacturer loyalty programs work, not a ranking. Each summary reflects what the manufacturer publishes on its own program website, checked October 2026. Point values, limits and expiration rules change often, so confirm current terms with your sales rep in writing.
What is an aesthetic manufacturer loyalty program?
An aesthetic manufacturer loyalty program is a free, brand-run rewards account that gives patients points or instant dollars off when they receive that manufacturer's neurotoxin, filler or device treatment at a participating practice. Allē (Allergan Aesthetics), ASPIRE (Galderma), Evolus Rewards, Xperience+ (Merz Aesthetics) and REVA (Revance) are the five most patients will ask about. The manufacturer runs the program, the practice checks the patient in at the visit, and in most programs 100 points equal $10 off a future qualifying treatment.
The 5 manufacturer loyalty programs at a glance
| # | Program | Brands it covers | Published patient terms | Worth knowing if you … |

| 1 | Allē | Allergan Aesthetics portfolio, including BOTOX Cosmetic, JUVÉDERM and CoolSculpting | 100 points = $10; points expire 12 months after last activity for non-A-List members | Carry Allergan products; most patients already have an account |
| 2 | ASPIRE Galderma Rewards | Dysport, Restylane family, Sculptra, plus ALASTIN purchases | 100 points = $10; points expire after 270 days, rewards after 60 days | Carry Galderma products and want clear per-visit caps |
| 3 | Evolus Rewards | Jeuveau and Evolysse | $40 off Jeuveau every 90 days; $40 off Evolysse every 6 months | Want a flat instant discount instead of points |
| 4 | Xperience+ | Xeomin, Radiesse, Belotero, Ultherapy PRIME, Neocutis | 100 points = $10; points expire 12 months from date earned | Carry Merz products, including Ultherapy |
| 5 | REVA Revance Rewards | DAXXIFY, Teoxane RHA Collection, SkinPen | Points redeem in $5 increments; 250 points ($25) for joining | Carry Revance products or the RHA fillers |
How we chose this list
We included the patient loyalty programs run by the companies behind the neurotoxins and fillers most US med spas stock, and checked four things a practice manager can confirm on each program's own site:
- Which products earn. A program only matters for the brands you carry.
- How points turn into dollars. Most use 100 points to $10; one uses a flat discount.
- Limits and expiration. Treatment frequency rules, per-visit caps and expiration dates decide how much patients actually save.
- What the practice gets. Only one manufacturer (Evolus) publishes practice-side credits on its public pages. For the others, ask your rep.
The order follows the size of each manufacturer's portfolio in a typical med spa, not program quality. The order is our editorial view, not a measure of results.
1. Allē (Allergan Aesthetics)
Allē is the consumer loyalty program owned and operated by AbbVie for Allergan Aesthetics brands. Allē states that members earn points on over 50 aesthetic products and treatments, and that every 100 points gives $10 toward qualifying brands or treatments.
What stands out:
- Published examples. Allē's own examples: one BOTOX Cosmetic treatment earns 200 points ($20), two JUVÉDERM VOLUMA XC syringes earn 400 points ($40), and one CoolSculpting Elite treatment earns 500 points ($50).
- A VIP tier. Members who earn 1,200 base points in a calendar year join the A-List. Allē states that A-List members' points do not expire while they keep that status, and that A-Listers get a dedicated support line.
- Expiration for everyone else. The program terms (updated June 17, 2026) state that non-A-List members' points expire 12 months after their last program activity.
- Cash-pay only. The terms state that points can only be earned and redeemed on cash-pay procedures, not anything reimbursed by a government or private health plan.
- Eligibility limits. Licensed healthcare providers and people enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid or other government health programs are not eligible for the A-List, per the terms.
Allē also advertises payment plans and a breast implant offer (Natrelle Perks) for eligible patients at participating providers.
Right for: any practice that carries Allergan products. Ask your rep: how check-in works at your front desk, how your listing appears in the Allē provider directory, and what Allē Flash and double-point events cost the practice, if anything.

Book a Demo2. ASPIRE Galderma Rewards
ASPIRE Galderma Rewards is Galderma's patient program. Its FAQ states that 100 ASPIRE points equal a $10 ASPIRE reward, and that patients earn on Dysport, the Restylane family, Sculptra and qualifying in-office ALASTIN purchases.
What stands out:
- Published point values. Dysport earns 200 points per visit. Restylane earns 200 points per syringe, up to 600 points per Restylane product per visit. Sculptra earns 200 points per vial, up to 600 points per visit.
- Clear caps. ASPIRE lists a 1,000-point treatment maximum per visit and a 2,000-point annual treatment earning limit.
- Frequency rules. Dysport treatments must be at least 90 days apart to earn, Restylane at least 14 days, and Sculptra at least 21 days.
- Two expiration clocks. Points expire 270 days after they are earned. Once converted, rewards expire 60 days after they are issued. Patients can share rewards and gift certificates with other members, but not points.
- ALASTIN tiers. In-office ALASTIN spend of $200–299 earns 100 points, $300–399 earns 300, and $400 or more earns 500, based on MSRP.
Right for: practices that carry Galderma products. Ask your rep: how the "A" participation icon in the Find a Specialist search is turned on for your practice, and who on your team can redeem points for a patient at checkout. The FAQ also mentions PatientFi payment plans; that is a separate financing service.
3. Evolus Rewards (and Evolux for practices)
Evolus Rewards works differently from the others: there are no points to track. Evolus advertises at least $40 off every Jeuveau treatment (patients are eligible once every 90 days) and $40 off Evolysse treatments every 6 months. Patients sign up with a mobile number, no password.
What stands out:
- Practice-side terms are published. On its provider page, Evolus states that the practice earns 1 reward credit toward a reward vial for every $40 patient check-in, and that practices must make a qualifying order to opt in. It lists a 15-month reward expiration.
- Check-in by text. Patients receive a "Magic Phrase" by SMS at check-in, which the practice validates in the MyEvolus portal before applying the discount.
- Co-branded reminders. Evolus states it sends co-branded SMS and email reminders that bring patients back to the same practice.
- Club Evolus. A separate subscription for patients: Evolus advertises $49 a month for 20 units of Jeuveau every 90 days, at participating practices.
- Evolux. Evolus's practice loyalty program, with tiers (Member, Diamond, Elite, Elite+) based on 2 points per Jeuveau vial and 1 per Evolysse syringe purchased, plus co-branded marketing campaigns at Diamond and above.
Right for: practices that want a simple discount patients understand at the front desk. Ask your rep: how reward credits convert to vials, and how Club Evolus patients are tracked if you also run your own memberships.
4. Xperience+ (Merz Aesthetics)
Xperience+ is Merz Aesthetics' patient loyalty program, covering Xeomin, Radiesse, Belotero, Ultherapy PRIME and Neocutis skincare. Its FAQ states that every 100 points equal $10 in savings.
What stands out:
- Published earning rates. Xeomin earns 100 points per treatment plus an instant $50 discount on applicable treatments (once every 90 days, at the provider's discretion). Radiesse and Belotero earn 200 points per syringe, each up to 20 syringes per 365 days. Ultherapy PRIME earns 1 point per line, up to 1,500 lines per treatment. Neocutis products earn 40 to 290 points.
- Bonus points. 10 for signing up, 50 in the birthday month, and 50 for returning to the same provider. Merz notes that select practices may offer higher same-provider bonuses.
- Expiration and timing. Points expire 12 months from the date earned. Patients must wait 72 hours after earning before redeeming for dollars off in the office.
- A rewards store. Points can also buy Neocutis skincare shipped to the patient's home.
Right for: practices that carry Merz injectables or offer Ultherapy. Ask your rep: whether your practice can set a higher same-provider bonus, and how the instant Xeomin discount is funded.
5. REVA Revance Rewards
REVA is Revance's points program and, per its site, the official loyalty program of DAXXIFY, the Teoxane RHA Collection (distributed in the US by Revance) and SkinPen.
What stands out:
- Published earning rates. DAXXIFY earns 250 points ($25) per eligible treatment. RHA fillers earn 200 points ($20) per syringe, up to 5 syringes. SkinPen earns 150 points ($15) per treatment.
- Other ways to earn. 250 points for joining, 50 points for provider loyalty, and 25 points each for an aesthetics routine and a birthday bonus.
- Redemption. Points redeem as savings on a next treatment in $5 increments, subject to the program terms.
REVA's FAQ answers did not load in a way we could read, so we have not stated its expiration rules.
Right for: practices that carry DAXXIFY or the RHA Collection. Ask your rep: how points expire, what "provider loyalty" points require, and how your practice appears in REVA's provider search.
Questions to ask any manufacturer rep about their loyalty program
- Who funds the discount, and what does the practice earn? Some programs credit the practice with product for each check-in. Get the conversion in writing.
- What are the earning limits? Ask for per-visit, per-year and treatment-frequency limits so your front desk can set patient expectations before checkout.
- When do points and rewards expire? Some programs run two clocks, one for points and one for issued rewards.
- Who can check in and redeem? Find out which staff logins you need, whether patients can redeem on their own, and how a missed check-in gets fixed after the visit.
- How does the program reach your patients? Ask what reminders the manufacturer sends, whether they are co-branded with your practice, and whether they mention other practices nearby.
- What happens to patient data? Ask what patient information you enter into the manufacturer's portal and how it is used.
- How does it stack with your own offers? Check whether manufacturer rewards can combine with your memberships, packages and promotions, and how discounts should appear on the receipt.
Where Prospyr fits
Manufacturer programs reward patients for using a brand; your own program rewards them for coming back to your practice, whichever brands you carry. Prospyr runs practice-owned patient rewards and memberships alongside your booking and checkout, so your front desk can apply your own perks next to an Allē or ASPIRE redemption. Frequently asked questions
Do patients pay to join Allē, ASPIRE or other manufacturer programs?
No membership fee appears on any of the five program sites we checked; patients create an account and earn at participating practices. Paid options are separate, such as the Club Evolus subscription at $49 a month. Confirm current terms on each program's site.
Does the practice pay for manufacturer rewards?
It depends on the program terms, which none of the five publish in full on their patient pages. How the practice is reimbursed or credited is set out in the program terms you accept when you enroll, so ask your sales rep for those terms. Evolus is the only one of the five that publishes practice-side credits on its public pages.
Can a patient use rewards from two manufacturers on the same visit?
Each program redeems only on its own brands, so a patient who gets Dysport and Juvéderm at one visit would redeem ASPIRE on the Dysport and Allē on the Juvéderm. Each program's own limits still apply. Whether manufacturer rewards stack with your in-house discounts is your practice's decision.
Do manufacturer loyalty points expire?
Yes, in most programs. Allē points expire 12 months after the last activity for non-A-List members, ASPIRE points expire after 270 days, and Xperience+ points expire 12 months after they are earned. Evolus Rewards uses a recurring discount instead of points.
Should a med spa run its own loyalty program too?
Many do, because manufacturer programs reward the brand, not your practice, and patients can earn the same points down the street. A practice-owned program can reward visits, retail and referrals across every service you offer.
