Moving from Mangomint to Prospyr brings your patient records, appointment history, purchase and payment history, form submissions and treatment notes, and membership and package balances with you — Prospyr's onboarding team handles the import as part of getting you set up, and you review everything before go-live. Mangomint makes this straightforward on its side: it states there are no contracts and that you can take all your data with you, an admin can export the contact list as a CSV, and "Export All Forms" downloads every form on a record — staff-submitted forms included — as PDFs in a zip, with reviewer signatures optionally included.

Before you leave Mangomint
- Check your contract term and notice period. As of 2026-10-26, Mangomint's published terms read: No contracts; cancel anytime and keep your data. Free trial account with demo data. No fee on bookings made through Mangomint's online booking. Confirm against your own agreement.
- Keep read access to your old records for your retention period, so older charts and photos stay reachable after the move.
- Pick a go-live date outside your busiest weeks, and keep your old system active until you have reviewed the migrated records.
- Tell patients about the new booking link before go-live, and update it on your website, Google profile, and social bios.
- Cancel only after go-live is confirmed and your review is done.
