Best Virtual Tour Providers for Medical Practices (2026): 11 Compared
Compare 11 virtual tour providers for med spas and clinics: Google Street View and Matterport 360 tours, published prices, coverage and what to ask.

For med spa, aesthetic and medical clinic owners and practice managers. Updated October 2, 2026 · Prepared by Prospyr. Prospyr makes practice software, not virtual tours, and none of the companies below is a Prospyr product or partner. Each summary reflects what the company publishes on its own website, checked October 2, 2026. Prices, travel fees and hosting terms change, so confirm everything in writing before you book a shoot.
What does a virtual tour provider do for a medical practice?
A virtual tour provider photographs the inside of your practice in 360 degrees and publishes the result where patients look before they book: your Google Business Profile, Google Maps and your own website. There are two main formats. A Google Street View tour is a walk-through of connected 360 panoramas hosted by Google, usually for a one-time fee. A Matterport 3D tour is a measured "digital twin" with a dollhouse view, hosted on Matterport's platform under a subscription. Most providers also shoot still photos of your entrance, reception and treatment rooms in the same visit.

How we chose this list
We searched for companies that photograph and publish interior 360 tours and then loaded each company's own website. We kept providers that meet at least three of these checks:
- Healthcare work you can see. Medical, dental, dermatology or med spa tours in the portfolio, not just restaurants and real estate.
- Google publishing. The company states it is a Google Street View Trusted photographer or agency, or shows tours live on Google Maps.
- Clear format and hosting terms. You can tell whether you are buying a Google tour (one-time fee, hosted by Google) or a Matterport tour (hosted under a subscription).
- Coverage you can confirm. A stated service area, travel policy or nationwide network.
Several providers point out that Google has relaxed its old Trusted Photographer vetting, so anyone with a 360 camera can now publish to Google Maps. That makes the portfolio check more important than the badge. The order is our editorial view, not a measure of results. Local providers are listed because a nearby photographer is often the faster, cheaper choice; if none of them is near you, start with the nationwide names.
1. WalkThru360
WalkThru360 is an Austin, Texas based 360 tour company that advertises nationwide coverage. It produces Google Street View tours for businesses, Matterport 3D tours and custom 360 tours with its own navigation menus, plus interior and real estate photography.
What stands out:
- Medical portfolio. Its medical offices and clinics page lists dental practices, urgent care, dermatology, specialty practices, hospitals and surgery centers, and names Plastic Surgery Clinic of Chicago, Webster Dental Care, MedSpring Urgent Care and Lafayette Surgery Center.
- Three formats under one roof. You can compare a Google tour, a Matterport scan and a custom branded tour in one quote.
- Volume. It states it has delivered 360 work on thousands of projects coast to coast and is Google Street View certified.
Right for: an aesthetic surgery practice or med spa that wants one vendor to recommend the right format, or a group that needs tours in several states. Ask: who shoots in your city (staff or a subcontractor), whether Matterport hosting is billed to you directly, and the turnaround from shoot to live on Google.
2. West 360 Digital
West 360 Digital offers Google virtual tours, Matterport 3D tours, custom tours, photography, video, drone work and 3D renderings. Its dental and medical page says it builds photo, video and 360 packages for dental offices, medical clinics and healthcare practices, and its project examples are mostly in Colorado and California.
What stands out:
- A med spa project to review. It published a case page for a Google virtual tour and photo package for Radiance MedSpa in Louisville, Colorado, with the tour embedded so you can walk through it.
- Healthcare references. It names Brisk Health, The Dental Bar, Alpine Dental Health and Tennessee Urology.
- Format guidance. Its Google tour page explains plainly that a Google tour uses Google's standard Street View interface with no custom menus, and that a custom tour costs more but carries branding.
Right for: a med spa that wants a Google tour and a refreshed photo library in the same visit. Ask: travel fees outside Colorado, and how many edited stills come with the tour.
3. Med Rank Interactive
Med Rank Interactive is a healthcare marketing agency in Fort Mill, South Carolina that serves dentists, oral surgeons, plastic surgeons and physicians. It sells Google Street View tours shot as a Google Trusted Photographer.
What stands out:
- Published prices. As of October 2026 it lists a Small package at $1,000 per location (up to 10 tour areas, 5 edited stills), Medium at $1,500 (20 areas, 10 stills) and Large at $2,000 (30 areas, 15 stills), one time, with 5 to 10% off each additional location.
- Embedding included. Packages include embedding on Facebook, your website and your Google Business Profile.
Right for: a single-location or multi-location practice that wants a known price before the first call. Ask: whether the shoot is done by its own photographer in your state. The agency also sells SEO and an AI SMS review tool; this list covers only its tour service.
4. Instant360
Instant360 is a creative agency at a Woodbine, New Jersey address that sells Google Street View tours, photography and aerial work. As of October 2026 it publishes one-time prices with no recurring costs: $399 for up to 5 tour viewpoints and 10 stills, $599 for 10 viewpoints, $799 for 20 viewpoints and 15 stills, $999 for 30 viewpoints, with larger sites quoted. It states shoots take one to two hours, imagery is usually live on Google within 10 business days, and the business owns the photos after payment.
Right for: a small med spa or clinic that wants a basic Google tour at a fixed price. Ask: which states it covers, whether travel is extra, and whether it offers bulk rates for multiple locations (it says it does).

It offers Google Street View tours, custom 360 tours, photography, video, drone work and headshots, and lists medical and dental offices among the industries it serves. It advertises flat-rate pricing, no extra travel fees, no hosting or recurring fees for its tours, in-house editing to match brand guidelines, and that you own the rights to the images.
Right for: a multi-location practice that wants every location shot to the same standard. Ask: the flat rate for your square footage, and who the local photographer is.
6. 360° Virtual Business Tours
360° Virtual Business Tours calls itself a nationwide Google Trusted photography agency, in business since 2012, with a network it says grew to more than 100 photographers. It produces Google Street View tours, interactive custom tours that can carry pop-up messages, links and video, drone and aerial 360 work, and Google Business Profile optimization. It states its photographers are licensed and insured and shoot with DSLR cameras.
Right for: practices that want a custom tour with clickable notes on each treatment room or device. Ask: for medical or med spa examples, since its site does not show any, and whether the custom tour carries a hosting fee.
7. Matterport Capture Services
Matterport Capture Services is Matterport's own on-demand scanning service. You book a time online, a capture technician from Matterport's network scans the space, and the digital twin is delivered to your Matterport account, which Matterport says can be ready in as fast as 24 to 48 hours. Matterport states pricing is based on property size and location, with an estimate shown before checkout.
Right for: a practice that wants a measured 3D model, for example to plan a buildout or a new device room, as well as a patient-facing tour. Ask: the ongoing Matterport plan cost to keep the tour hosted, and whether your city is in the on-demand service area.
8. Invision Studio
Invision Studio is a VR photography company headquartered in Irvine, California. It offers 360 tours with floor plans and branding, Matterport 3D tours, HDR architectural photography and drone work by FAA Part 107 certified pilots. It lists medical offices and salon/spa among the industries it serves, works within 50 miles of Orange County at no travel cost and nationwide for an added fee, and has an instant quote tool on its site.
Right for: Southern California med spas and clinics that want several media types in one booking. Ask: for a healthcare example, and the turnaround it advertises as among the fastest in the industry.
9. Bayou City 360
Bayou City 360 is a Houston provider that states it has been a Google Trusted Photographer since 2012 and has produced more than 10,000 panoramas. Its healthcare page links live Google tours for MD Aesthetica Medspa, Village Dermatologist, Midtown Dentistry, Le Eye Institute LASIK and other practices, and it also builds custom tours with menus. It also sells review management software, which this list does not cover.
Right for: Greater Houston med spas and clinics that want to see a local med spa tour first. Ask: pricing by number of rooms and whether stills are included.
10. Dee Zunker Photography
Dee Zunker Photography is a Houston architectural and branding studio operating since 2011, and a Google Trusted Photographer since 2014. It shoots Google Business photos and a connected Google 360 tour in one visit, with no subscription or third-party hosting fee, and lists medical and dental practices among the businesses it serves. It also offers iGuide 3D tours and floor plans, and medical headshots. Its FAQ is useful reading: most locations take one to three hours to shoot, and a tour stays attached to the original Google listing if you move.
Right for: Houston-area practices that care about image quality in treatment rooms with mixed lighting. Ask: package sizes for your room count, and whether team headshots can be added the same day.
11. Circular Space 360°
Circular Space 360° is a New York City studio run by John Moore that produces Google 360 business tours and Matterport 3D tours. Its site lists medical offices and spas among its markets and states that every Google tour includes an HD 360 video version at no extra cost, for YouTube, Facebook or your website.
Right for: Manhattan and New York City practices. Ask: for medical or spa examples, and a written price, since its pricing page does not list amounts.
Questions to ask any virtual tour provider
- Google tour, Matterport or custom? Ask which format you are buying, where it is hosted, and whether there is a monthly or annual fee to keep it live.
- Who owns the images? Get in writing that you own the panoramas and stills and can use them on your website, ads and social accounts.
- How will you keep patients and records out of frame? Schedule before opening, clear charts, schedules and screens from every room, and ask to approve every panorama before anything is published. A tour on Google Maps is public.
- Who publishes, and under which account? Ask whether the tour is tied to your Google Business Profile and what happens if you change providers, move or renovate.
- How many viewpoints and stills are included? Count your entrance, reception, consult rooms, treatment rooms and device rooms before you compare quotes.
- What does a reshoot cost? Renovations and new devices date a tour quickly; ask for a refresh price up front.
- Can I see a live healthcare tour? Ask for a link to a practice tour on Google Maps, not only a highlight reel.
If you are renovating, book the shoot after the work is done. Our list of laser room electrical and HVAC contractors covers the buildout side, and the same photographer may be able to help with a consistent before-and-after photo setup.
Where Prospyr fits
A virtual tour helps a new patient feel comfortable before the first visit; the next step is usually booking. If you embed the tour on your website, put your online scheduling link next to it so a patient can book from the same page. Prospyr does not create or host tours. If you are reviewing your practice software too, see how Prospyr works for med spas, or book a practice demo.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a Google 360 virtual tour cost for a med spa?
Published one-time prices on this list run from $399 to $2,000 per location, depending on the number of viewpoints and stills. Instant360 lists $399 to $999 and Med Rank Interactive lists $1,000 to $2,000 per location as of October 2026. Travel, extra locations and evening shoots can add to that, so ask for a written quote.
Is a Google Street View tour or a Matterport tour better for a practice?
A Google tour is usually better if your goal is to be seen in Google Maps and Search, because it lives on your Google Business Profile for a one-time fee. A Matterport tour gives a measured 3D model and dollhouse view, which suits buildout planning or a premium website experience, but it is hosted under a Matterport plan. Several providers on this list shoot both.
Is a virtual tour of my treatment rooms a HIPAA risk?
It can be if patients, charts, schedules or screens appear in the images. Shoot before opening with no patients present, clear every surface and monitor, and review each panorama before it goes live. A tour of empty rooms with no patient information is not patient data.
How long does it take for a tour to appear on Google?
Providers on this list describe a shoot of one to three hours for most locations. Instant360 states imagery is usually live on Google within 10 business days of the shoot.
Do I need a Google Trusted photographer?
It is no longer required: providers on this list note that Google now lets anyone with a 360 camera publish to Maps. The badge still signals experience, but a live healthcare tour you can walk through is better evidence of quality.
