Prospyr's onboarding team migrates your data for you as part of setup, and you review everything before go-live. One timing note: GlossGenius's help center advises exporting your information before you cancel, and some records come out only by request to its support team. Start the move while your GlossGenius account is still active.

Before you leave GlossGenius
- Check your contract term and notice period. As of 2026-10-26, GlossGenius's published terms read: 14-day free trial, no credit card needed. GlossGenius advertises no contracts and free data transfer. Its Practice plans were in limited rollout as of October 2026. Confirm against your own agreement.
- Keep read access to your old records for your retention period, so older charts and photos stay reachable after the move.
- Pick a go-live date outside your busiest weeks, and keep your old system active until you have reviewed the migrated records.
- Tell patients about the new booking link before go-live, and update it on your website, Google profile, and social bios.
- Cancel only after go-live is confirmed and your review is done.
