Moving from Meevo to Prospyr brings your patient records, appointment history, forms and treatment notes, before-and-after photos, and membership, package, and loyalty balances with you. Prospyr's onboarding team migrates your data for you as part of setup, and you review everything before go-live. One timing note: Meevo's terms of service offer up to 30 days of transition services after termination and say the final data export is subject to Meevo's export fees, so request your export, and its price, before your term ends.

Before you leave Meevo
- Check your contract term and notice period. As of 2026-10-26, Meevo's published terms read: No free trial. Meevo's terms (updated August 3, 2026) set an annual commitment with no month-to-month term unless the order form offers one, 30 days' notice to cancel, non-refundable payments, and fee increases of up to 6% a year without notice. Confirm against your own agreement.
- Keep read access to your old records for your retention period, so older charts and photos stay reachable after the move.
- Pick a go-live date outside your busiest weeks, and keep your old system active until you have reviewed the migrated records.
- Tell patients about the new booking link before go-live, and update it on your website, Google profile, and social bios.
- Cancel only after go-live is confirmed and your review is done.
