Short answer
Meevo doesn't publish prices; every tier is quoted. Med spas buy MeevoMD, in Lite (up to 5 users, 100 SMS marketing credits) or Essentials (unlimited users, 500 credits), and every tier includes unlimited transactional texts and implementation. Subscriptions are annual by default, fees can rise up to 6% a year, and MeevoPay processing is a separate subscription with its own termination and minimum-volume fees.

- MeevoPay rates aren't published. Meevo advertises no cancellation fees and a first terminal free, but the MeevoPay terms (updated August 24, 2026) allow a termination fee set in your order form, a platform access fee of 1% of any shortfall below a minimum monthly card volume, and a replacement fee for unreturned terminals.
- Trial and contract
- No free trial. Meevo's terms (updated August 3, 2026) set an annual commitment with no month-to-month term unless the order form offers one, 30 days' notice to cancel, non-refundable payments, and fee increases of up to 6% a year without notice.
