Before you leave Vagaro
- Check your contract term and notice period. As of 2026-10-26, Vagaro's published terms read: 30-day free trial. Vagaro says you can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees, with unstated exclusions. Confirm against your own agreement.
- Keep read access to your old records for your retention period, so older charts and photos stay reachable after the move.
- Pick a go-live date outside your busiest weeks, and keep your old system active until you have reviewed the migrated records.
- Tell patients about the new booking link before go-live, and update it on your website, Google profile, and social bios.
- Cancel only after go-live is confirmed and your review is done.
